Allan provided really good hospitality and cooked a delicious breakfast. The floor creaked a lot, making it noisy at times.

I enjoyed the room and its comfortable decor. The location was unbeatable and easy, not too far from The Playbarn Playground. Moreover, it's short walk to the centre of Brodick, Brodick, and the ferry....

Allan's hospitality was really good, and the breakfast with local produce was a highlight.
The mattress in my room was too soft, leading to some discomfort .

Well-appointed, superblyvery comfy and tidy rooms.
Unfortunately, the TV signal was intermittently poor . I found no desk in my economy single room, challenging to work on my laptop for processing photos. It's quite frustrating that the lack of a proper workspace impacted my ability to enjoy my stay as I originally planned.

The cozy Economy Double Room offered amazing views of the sea, and I woke up to the sound of waves each morning. Breakfast was an experience in itself with a variety of high-quality local ingredients-definitely a highlight of my trip....

Comfortable stay with great wi-fi and lovely picnic area. Steep hill can be tough.

missingWrote a review on 10 Septshower pressureodour
I was nearly ready to recommend this place, but the shower was a nightmare, barely a trickle at times! The steep hill approach would've been tolerable if i'd been offered a room upgrade for my troubles. The lounge had a strange odour, and honestly, i expected so much more than this average experience. Disappointment to say the least!

I really enjoyed my time here, especially the comfy electric blanket and the delicious tea brewed in an infuser. There's a lovely lounge area with big sofas to relax on and a beautiful garden if you want some fresh air. Just be aware that the hill leading up can be a bit steep, so bring your walking shoes! 😊
